Personal data will be kept while the user remains registered in the App. The user can delete their personal data before unsubscribing, and they will be permanently deleted from the database. In any case, once unsubscribed from the App by the user, personal data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing and when it is no longer necessary for such purpose, they will be anonymized guaranteeing their non-traceability, to keep them for five years for statistical purposes.

The collected data will not be communicated to third parties except by legal obligation, nor will international transfers of the same be made.

The provided data will be processed in the terms established in the GDPR. In this sense, SOPHIASPORTS LAB, S.L. has adopted the levels of protection legally required and has installed all the technical measures within its reach to prevent loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorized access by third parties. Use of the application

This Legal Notice establishes the conditions that regulate the use of the KAANTERA APP. In this way, access and use of the KAANTERA APP means that the user of the same (hereinafter, the USER) accepts in its entirety and is obliged to fully comply with this Legal Notice as well as the instructions or recommendations that are indicated to him in each specific case. The use, registration, access, and navigation through the KAANTERA APP attributes the status of user of the same and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Notice and in the Privacy Policy and Data Protection, expressly accepting and authorizing the processing of their personal data. The user undertakes to make proper use of the KAANTERA APP in accordance with the laws, good faith, public order, traffic uses and this Legal Notice and will be responsible to KAANTERA or to third parties, for any damages that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with said obligation.

Responsibility

Both access to the KAANTERA APP and the unauthorized use that may be made of the information contained therein is the exclusive responsibility of whoever performs it. SOPHIASPORTS LAB, S.L. will not be responsible for any consequence, damage or harm that may arise from such access or use. SOPHIASPORTS LAB, S.L. is not responsible for security errors that may occur, nor for damages that may be caused to the user's computer system (hardware and software), or to the files or documents stored therein, due to improper use of the KAANTERA APP. SOPHIASPORTS LAB, S.L. will not be responsible for viruses and/or other computer programs that deteriorate or may deteriorate the computer systems and/or equipment of users when accessing the KAANTERA APP

Intellectual property

All industrial and intellectual property rights of the KAANTERA APP, as well as the contents it houses, are the property of SOPHIASPORTS LAB, S.L. Any use of the KAANTERA APP and its contents must be exclusively private. It is reserved exclusively to SOPHIASPORTS LAB, S.L. Any other use that involves copying, reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication or any other similar action, of all or part of the contents of the KAANTERA APP, so no user may carry out these actions without prior and written authorization from SOPHIASPORTS LAB, S.L. This Legal Notice will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. SOPHIASPORTS LAB, S.L. and the users, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile for any controversy that may arise from access to or use of the KAANTERA APP.
