Kaantera was born in Campeche, Mexico, in a region without references and with coaches who worked miracles without resources. We adapted the RC Celta de Vigo methodology and built a competency-based development model to prove a simple idea: with the right tools, any coach can transform their players' lives.
In just four years we went from 25 to 250 children, achieving local and regional titles. We placed one team in the national top-4 and another in the top-20. That impact led us to a clear conclusion: if this works in a place without resources, it can change soccer anywhere.
That's how Kaantera was born: a platform created to professionalize academies, support coaches, and provide structure and clarity to everyone who develops talent.
